Anne specializes in coaching and consulting with CEOs, entrepreneurs,
executives, and senior managers who want to increase their
own effectiveness and the effectiveness and results of their
management teams.
Her background includes 25 years experience in Human Resources,
Marketing and Sales, Personal Mastery, and Organization Effectiveness
arenas. Her work in the areas of personal and organizational
transformation and communication are leading edge, dramatically
enhancing results achieved by leaders, executives, and organizations.
Anne holds a Masters Degree in Adult Learning with a concentration
in Leadership from Springfield College and a Bachelor¹s
Degree from Baldwin-Wallace College in Ohio. She holds a
Certified Trainer designation for Corporate Coaching. Anne
has published articles in such places as The Boston Business
Journal and Consulting Today. Anne has delivered executive
and corporate coaching presentations to: ASTD, International
Coach Federation-NE, O.D. Network, New England Women Business
Owners and various Chamber of Commerce groups. She is the
co-author of When the Canary Stops Singing: Women's Perspective
on Transforming Business.
On the personal side, Anne has founded a non-profit grass
roots organization that is dedicated to eradication of domestic
violence which has been in existence for 10 years. She is
on several boards of directors that further causes for which
she cares deeply. She has been an elected official and appointed
to a state education advisory board. |
